We all have them. And they suck. Days where you can't do anything no matter how hard anyone tries to get you out of that funk. But what sucks even more - the day after a bad day.
When you are diagnosed with cancer – your mind goes into crazy mode. You start think of every ‘what if’, your kids, your family, how to tell people, what does it mean for your future; the list goes on literally FOREVER. One of the last things on most people’s mind is one that could result in you no longer needing to worry about cancer affecting that list of what ifs. Exercise.
Just a heads up - I'm going to get down and dirty in this blog. Why? Because it's meaningful to me. The effort and the stamina of keeping up with it is what brought me to the other side of the fight.

On January 16th, 2001 I was given the choice to give in or fight.
I was 33 years old and pregnant with my second child when I received a Stage 3 Breast Cancer Diagnosis.
It's a new year. Many of us set goals to better ourselves. Few of us complete these goals. My question is, "WHY the hell not?". What's your excuse? Keep. On. Going.
During this time of year we are all pushed to ‘shop small’. Buying your gifts from small business owners across the country is great for so many reasons. From improving the local economy, improved customer service, to building a personal business network.
What a Year
Throughout my life I have dreamed, believed, and achieved all through hard work and dedication. When life would try to pull me down, I fought back. When it happened again, I fought back even harder. That is what I want to share....
There are lots of changes that have taken place to make Pauir Athletics the best it can be while making you the best you can be. From a new website, to awards, and more sales…we are running at a high speed with the incline all the way up.
