Habits

Just a heads up - I'm going to get down and dirty in this blog. Why? Because it's meaningful to me. The effort and the stamina of keeping up with it is what brought me to the other side of the fight.

The first month of 2017 is almost over. How are you doing on your New Years resolution? Studies say it takes 21 days to form a habit. Did you stick with it? If you didn't - why not? Was your WHY not big enough? Any excuse you give me or anyone else isn't going to be good enough. We've all been there.

Now, I know that we don't all fight the same battle. We don't all face the same fears. But we ALL have a group behind us pushing us to. the. other. side. So why the heck haven't you gotten there? I'm not asking or telling you to workout more or try harder. Instead, I'm telling you to dig deeper for the reason behind it all.

You've got this. I believe in you. We believe in you. We ALL believe in you. Feel like giving up? Feel like you're so close to the finish line? Need a little extra? Reach out to me. I'm here for you. My team is here for you. I wouldn't have gotten where I am without the ability to reach out to others.

This was one of the hardest things for me to overcome - relying on someone other than myself. But I had to. So, I'm telling YOU, I am here for you.

Find your habit that's fulfilling to you and your goals. Find something that you want to stick to and accomplish.

Who do you work for? Who do you strive for? WHO DO YOU DO THIS FOR? How bad do you want it?

21 days. That's all it takes. So you didn't get there this month...I better hear that you did next month.

Go kick ass.
