We all have them. And they suck. Days where you can't do anything no matter how hard anyone tries to get you out of that funk. But what sucks even more - the day after a bad day. When you realize you wasted an entire day of the life that has been given to you. So there you are again, feeling bad first thing in the morning. One bad day can send you spiraling. So when those days come, and they will. Take your time. Feel bad for yourself. Then realize that it's not worth it. Get back out there. Live your life. Chat with a friend, play with your kids, go to the gym, make a fancy meal. Do things that make you feel good because your mind, body, and soul all depend on you having a good day.
