WOMEN IN PAUIR GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING -Monday/Wednesday 6pm
Designed to address the physiological issues and advantages women face, Women in Pauir will focus on strength training to build muscle, lean up, increase bone density, improve posture, “fight” aging and chances of increased ACL injuries…all culminating in sculpting the strong physique (without the bulk) you seek and develop true confidence in your body. Seeing results you won’t see with just cardio and training alone. You’ll also enjoy meeting other women looking to get in “pauir”!
