Small Group Personal Training

When you schedule a workout with a buddy or meet with a personal trainer, you increase the chances of sticking to your program. Sometimes just having the appointment is enough to get you out the door, and knowing people are waiting for and counting on you can get you there even quicker.

So, call up a buddy or two with similar goals and similar fitness levels and let's get this fitness party started! Let's face it, life is hectic—use your group members to motivate and inspire each other for those crazy days hit when you would have normally blown off your workout. 

There are no excuses to skip a workout with multiple options:
Monday and Wednesdays 6-7pm     Sundays 9:30 - 10:30am

Single session $25
6 sessions - $90
8 sessions - $120

*This workout is appropriate for all fitness levels

The Pauir Half Hour

Take a break from lunch as you know it and zip over for the Train with Pauir Half Hour a quick burst of fun group exercises that will reboot your day! More intense than any fitness class, and more fun than a traditional gym workout, be surrounded by friendly, like-minded and different-bodied people, all working at their own pace but together in a big high-five atmosphere.

What else are you doing for lunch besides eating?

Pack a lunch and your gym clothes (you can eat on the quick ride back or at your desk), and get your workout out of the way! Feel totally Pauired up!

Showers and free on-site parking are available

Tuesdays 12:00-12:30 p.m.

$5 per single workout

$45 per 10 workouts
