Designed to address the physiological issues and advantages women face, Pauirful Women… will focus on strength training to build muscle, lean up, increase bone density, improve posture, “fight” aging and chances of increased ACL injuries…all culminating in sculpting the strong physique (without the bulk) you seek and develop true confidence in your body. Seeing results you won’t see with just cardio and training alone. You’ll also enjoy meeting other women looking to get in “pauir”!

Row with Pauir-Saturday 9am
The ultimate TOTAL BODY cardio fix, Row with Pauir is 45 minutes of heart-pounding CARDIO combined with a serious CORE blast. Rowing drills will activate every muscle group in your legs, core and arms. Off the rower, intense core and ab work will make you strong as hell – and even a better rower!
